The U.K. since Brexit

The U.K. used to have a stable government but since David Cameron called for a referendum on membership of the European Union which was supposed to be advisory only. However, Cameron resigned and his successor, Theresa May, kept parroting “Brexit means Brexit” but was uable to push it through herself. It was Boris Johnson that had the country leave the E.U.
Since then we have seen a carousel of Prime Ministers who rarely last too long in office.

This week we have yet another Prime Minister and I hope that this will lead to us rejoining the European Union and being part of the largest trading block in the world. Then maybe we have stability again.

When you look at the characters that supported Brexit: Boris Johnson, Nigel Farage, Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump – one does not get a sense of wellbeing.
