As we reach the end of the year, we can look back at the state of the world. It is not a pretty sight.

  1. Israel’s fascist government has take a step out of Hitler’s playbook and has made the State that was created after the Holocaust a pariah state itself being led by bigoted men.
  2. Ukraine is hanging on in the war against Russia and may well bring victory to itself as Putin continues to force Russian youth to their deaths in fighting for an evil purpose. Can Putin survice much longer?
  3. The situation in Sudan gets little press in the West but that is absolutely very ugly and needs to be publicised more.
  4. Pope Francis passed away sadly but a new pope was selected in a briiliant performance by the Holy Spirit in guiding the Cardinals to select Robert Prevost of Chicago as the Bishop of Rome, the Pope. I was unsure what to expect on the election of an American as Supreme Pontiff but Pope Leo XIV is an inspiration. He has already condemned the actions of another American and will continue to do so going forward.
  5. Another American is doing his best to ruin the United States in his own image: i.e. that of a self-possessed narcissist whose friends include Putin and Kim Jong Un (two despots); a man who took a oath to protect the Constitution of the Country only to abuse it with illegalities that the courts turn down; a man convicted several times of felonies but was elected by people who clearly have no regard for their country by choosing him to lead it; a man who allows people to be deported without due process of law; a man whose wife is illegally in the US by his twisted view of immigrants but does not suffer their fate; a man who illegally enriches himself with crypto and sales which benefit himself contrary to the Constitution itself; a man who has made enemies of all his country’s friends – Canada, Europe, Australia.
  6. The Congress and the Supreme Court of the United States who support the leader of the country betraying their oaths of office to defend the Constitution.

It is to be hoped that in the mid term elections in November 2026 that the Senate and the House return Democrat majorities so that Articles of Impeachment against the President, the Vice President and the Speaker of the House, if still in place, can be processed – these being the line of succession after the President.

The Democrats need new leadership in the Senate and I would like to see Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez step forward, She has more sense in her little finger than the present idiot in the White House. A great Presidental ticket for 2028 would be Michele Obama and Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez

Catholic convert J.D. Vance has already been criticised by the Pope for his beliefs on immigrants and for his most un-Christian thoughts on the subject.

One response to “Year-end 2025”

  1. I did not mention the President’s Cabinet made up of incompetents and fellow travellers who will do anything that they are commanded to by their corrupt leader.
